Our Process

Social Care 2 Recruit’s process is different, we are boutique and tailor each role to each service, we provide an in-depth personal approach with our clients and candidates.

An in-depth job description will be taken, finding out exactly what you need as a company even down to personality fit, which is paramount within social care. We then begin our search for the right person for the role, through knowledge of people and also using various online boards, social media and headhunting. We then carry out in-depth interviews ensuring each candidate is equipped for the role.

We then set up and arrange all interviews for you, then support you all the way through the process, when you have decided on the candidate we will walk you through the hiring process up until start date.

Recruitment Package

This will be a percentage of the annual salary if a candidate is placed with you  - No placement No Fee and a 12 week Replacement/Rebate period. Here is what we do;
  • Take a full specification and job description.
  • We may visit the service or client to build a better knowledge of the service.
  • We then devise SEO optimised adverts for each role, posted through out jobs boards and social media.
  • We develop a great understanding of each role, personality qualifications expectations and criteria.
  • We then perform a in depth search for the candidate that will meet the specific criteria – using various platforms and head hunting.
  • We then interview and select candidates.
  • We provide you with the best matches and you will select your candidates.
  • We set up interviews and follow each process closely.
  • We ensure each candidate is prepped.
  • Once you have selected the Candidate for the role.
  • We offer and confirm and work through all negotiations on your behalf.
  • We reference and ensure each candidate is DBS checked.
  • We then arrange start dates.
  • We then follow you closely through a 12 week period to ensure both candidate and client within a happy working relationship.

£475 for 1 Campaign - £1,200 for 3 Campaigns - £4,000 for 10 Campaigns
  • We create a catchy, web-optimised advert that is designed to get the best response.
  • Your advert is posted on a selection of local job boards for up to 28 days.
  • We manage all responses and send only the relevant applicants directly to your inbox with full contact details.
  • We screen any telephone queries relating to the job post.
  • We reject every unsuccessful candidate for you. This gives applicants a professional image of the company.
  • You are free to recruit as many people as you need from the one advert with no additional charge.
